Creating a Mega Menu

Turbo includes a native mega menu built on SmartMenus. It is designed to be fast, structured, and easy to manage inside WordPress.

How it works

A mega menu is created by turning a top-level menu item into a “mega parent.”

• The first level of children becomes the column headings
• The second level of children becomes the links inside each column
• Up to 4 columns are supported

Step-by-step

• Go to Appearance > Menus.
• Add the top-level item you want to use as the mega menu trigger.
• Open that menu item’s settings.
• Check “Enable this item as a mega menu parent.”
• Choose the number of columns (1–4).
• Add child items under that parent for each column heading.
• Add child items under each column heading for the links inside the column.
  Save the menu.
