What you get

  • Projects custom post type
  • Technology Stack taxonomy (non‑hierarchical, like tags)
  • Featured image, excerpt, and editor content support

Creating a Project

  • Go to Projects in the WordPress admin menu.
  • Click Add New.
  • Add a title, content, featured image, and excerpt.
  • Assign Technology Stack terms (e.g., “WordPress”, “React”, “UI/UX”).
  • Publish.

Technology Stack taxonomy

The Technology Stack terms are used to categorize and filter projects.

You can create terms in the Projects → Technology Stack menu or directly on each project.

Using the Projects template

To display projects with a filterable grid:

  • Create a new page.
  • In Page Attributes, select the Projects template.
  • Publish the page.

The template automatically:

  • Loads all project posts
  • Displays the Technology Stack filter
  • Shows the “Load more” button when needed
