Behaviour

On desktop, content renders as a comparison table.
On smaller screens, it switches to stacked plan cards.
Preview icon appears only when row media exists.
Preview opens in a modal with previous/next navigation and keyboard support.
Video playback stops when changing slide or closing modal.
Tooltip icon shows helper text on hover/focus.
